Commission Terms of ServicePayment & Invoicing
All commissions are processed through a freelance invoicing platform, you receive an invoice containing link to make a quick bank transfer, or if the payment does not process, standard bank transfer with the invoice title number.
The commissioner agrees to complete payment through the said platform before work begins.
Any applicable taxes, including VAT, will be added to the commission price in accordance with the commissioner's country of residence and applicable tax regulations.You acquaire a legal right to your work and legal protection.DUE TO LEGAL OBLIGATION FIRST INVOICE WILL REQUIRE VERIFICATION (SCAN OF ID/DIRVER LICENSE AND A PHOTO OF YOURSELF) THIS IS REQUIRED BY THE COMPANYIn order to create an invoice I require following infomation :- Your residential country

The commissioner receives the right to use the artwork for personal use.
Commercial use, redistribution, resale, merchandising, or any profit-generating use requires my prior written permission.Portfolio & Marketing
I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork in my portfolio, galleries, social media, conventions, and other promotional or marketing materials.
If a commission is intended to remain private, this must be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
Every completed artwork will include my signature or watermark.
The commissioner may not remove, alter, paint over, or obscure my signature in any way. Cropping that naturally excludes the signature is permitted. In cases where signature may not be provided, I require crediting my work.NSFW Commissions
By commissioning NSFW artwork, the commissioner confirms that they are at least 18 years of age.Communication
The commissioner agrees to provide clear references and descriptions before work begins. He also declares clear communication with me in order there are elements that require further discussion.
Major changes requested after accepting sketching stage, and in the middle of the process, may trigger additional fees.Acceptance
